The Client undertakes to inform the Operator immediately if they become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of, or access to, their personal account.

All personal data collected by the Operator are collected directly from the Client and processed by the Operator for the implementation and management of the Website’s services. These data may also be used to compile statistics to improve the Website’s services.

They may be transmitted to the Operator’s partners and suppliers involved in delivery, billing, and management processes, for the purpose of processing orders, as well as for marketing and customer relationship management purposes.

Article 6 – CREATION OF THE CLIENT ACCOUNT

To place an order on the Website, the Client must first create a personal account. Once created, the Client must log in using their personal and confidential username and password.

The Client must not disclose their username and password, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data section of this policy. Each Client undertakes to maintain strict confidentiality of their login details, acknowledging that they are solely responsible for access to the Service using their username and password, unless fraud is proven.

The Client also undertakes to immediately inform the Operator in the event of loss, theft, or fraudulent use of their login details.

After creating their personal account, the Client will receive a confirmation email.

When registering, the Client agrees to:

The Operator invites Clients to report any hyperlink on the Website that leads to a site with illegal or inappropriate content.
